- This is a quiet, peaceful setting. Guests shall be respectful and keep noise to a minimum at all times.
- No outdoor amplified sound or music without prior approval.
- Noise ordinance in effect after 10pm.

RENTAL AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER
- All guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver. The Agreement explains complete payment terms, arrival and departure information, and cancellation policy as well as conditions and performance standards of your rental.
LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES & RELEASE
- Manmade and natural hazards (fireplace, stairs, gravel/stone walkways, pond, trail, platform, creek, deck) are present on the property.
- You shall exercise caution and supervise children at all times in and around described vacation rental property.
- You shall exercise safe conduct and comply with this agreement and the rules of the premises.
- You assume the duties and accept sole and exclusive legal responsibilities relevant to your use occupancy and supervision of activities.
- Owners shall not be responsible for damage or loss of guests' personal property.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of property (inclusive and not limited to Bodhana, pond, trampoline, fireplace, creeks, grounds and other structures) from and against any and all loss, claim, liability or damaging arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on property by you or your guest or invitees, including without limitation, injury or death, or from any carelessness, neglect or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying or visiting the premises.
